Name that movie

I love movies, and I sometimes drive my sweet hubby nuts when I blurt out the characters’ lines before they do. . .

So, give these a try:

1. Swear to God, I’ll dismantle you! I’ll short your motherboard, turn you into a wine rack!

2. So I’m not sick? Except for this terminal disease?

3. You know, your mood swings are kinda giving me whiplash

4. Ah, hon, ya got Arby’s all over me.

~~~
Know any of these? Leave your guesses in the comments. Feel free to leave a quote in the comments to see if you can stump us. . .
    Lynn,
    Just love this whole thing. I’m afraid that Fargo was the only one of yours that I’d seen and I’m stumped on the others as well. So, I’m going to turn the tables on everyone and add one for you all to ponder.
    What movie? “You have to remind me never to eat her cole slaw.” I’ll even give you a clue. Judith Ivy say this line.
    Have a great weekend, all.
    Sad to say but the third one was the only one I recognised. Then again I haven’t seen Iron Man 2 yet though I should have recognised Joe Vs. Volcano.
    Thanks for sharing this.
    Okay, here are the answers to the trivia I posted…still haven’t gotten the other ones you guys listed. You stumped me. I’m going to go google it so I can figure it out!
    2. So I’m not sick? Except for this terminal disease? – Joe vs. Volcano
    JoAnne—LOL. FARGO is right. That movie cracks me up. I am FROM Minnesota. Born in Fargo–yeah, I just admitted that. LOL.
    I don’t know the, “I need a pig here!” but the other one…that’s LOST BOYS, isn’t it???
    DJ–Yep, Twilight! LOVE that movie. Watched it over the weekend along with New Moon.
    Here’s an easy one for ya, one of my fav lines…
    No. I just like to read the T.V. Guide. Read the T.V. Guide, you don’t need a t.v.
    Oh so close to Iron Man 1 means it’s Iron Man 2. But I wouldn’t know, haven’t seen it yet.
    These are the only ones I could get:
    Ah, hon, ya got Arby’s all over me. — Fargo. (Funny movie, we watched before moving to MN)
    And, oh dear, should I admit to know this one? My daughter watches this movie over and over again, and so I got this one straight away.
    You know, your mood swings are kinda giving me whiplash – Twilight.
    What about this one?
    I need a pig here!
    “Gotta go get the papers” is from the old mafia movie Goodfellas. For some reason that scence cracked me up because the guy was known as the guy who said everything twice….”Gotta go get the papers, get the papers”. It’s funny with the Sicilian accent. πŸ™‚ Your quotes were to hard for me!
  • Lynn Rush
    Lori–ha. we must have been commenting at the same time! LOL.
    Close on #1 and YEP on #3. . . I knew you’d get that one for sure! πŸ™‚
  • Lynn Rush
    KM–you’re close with Iron Man 1. . . . πŸ™‚
    Suzanne–Holy Moly….those are hard. I think I’ve heard #1 before, but not seen the movie. Gone with the Wind?? I don’t know the other two.
    Nobody knows Jill’s? These are tough quotes today!
  • Lori Lundquist
    #1 is Ironman 1, right? And #3 is from the first movie of my favorite upcoming vampire saga πŸ™‚ As usual, the others sound familiar, but I don’t know. Have a great Wednesday!
  • Suzanne
    Shoot–I don’t know any of these! You’ll have to fill us in later in the day if nobody guesses right!
    My favorite lines are so easy: 1) This is war, woman, not a garden party; 2) Yankees in Georgia! How did they ever get in? 3) What a dump.
  • KM Wilsher
    I wanna say the first one is Ironman I, but maybe not, who says motherboard much anymore? Anyway. . .I love watching these play out. I never know them :0)
  • Lynn Rush
    Jill–LOL. You’ve stumped me on ”Gotta go get the papers” Ahhhh, I’m gonna go nuts. I might have to get the Google on, huh? LOL We’ll see if anyone else guesses it. . .
  • Jill
    As usual Lynn, you have me stumped. πŸ™‚ I have one, but it’s easy….”Gotta go get the papers”. Have a great day!
