• DOGS RULE

dogs-teamworkOkay, I’m not saying other animals don’t rule…so don’t send me an email about my title. LOL. 🙂

I’m a dog lover and have two Shetland Sheep dogs. So, when my friend, Michele, sent me some neat little facts about dogs, I had to share.

But, I couldn’t just give them to you straight, right? I mean, what’s the fun in that, right?

Since I love trivia games, I had to turn the little facts into one…So, give it a shot. I’ll post the answers and the link to all the neat little trivia on the website.

    1. Dogs are color blind. True or False.
    2. Where are a dog’s sweat glands located?
    3. What breed of dog has 6 toes?
    4. President Lyndon Johnson had two beagles. What were their names?
    5. What’s the name of the Taco Bell Dog?

Leave your guesses in the comments and we’ll see how you do.

If you have some fun little trivia about dogs, leave a comment and see if you can stump us.

  • IN THE DOGHOUSE

Dogs crack me up. Ever watch them sleep? Their paws twitch, they sometimes growl, or even bark. It’s hysterical.

But I tell ya, this has got to be the funniest picture I’ve ever gotten of my sweet Maddux (he’s a Sheltie, and he’s five years old.)

We don’t have a doghouse, so he sleeps outside on the patio most of the time. Check this out:

Ok, even if you don't like dogs, you have to admit, this is cute. Look at his little paws in the air. Ahhhh....

In light of my sweet dog, I had to scope out some dog trivia…Do you know any of the answers?

1: What was the name of the dog in TV show “The Partridge Family”?

2: Chewbacca, the hairy Wookiee in the Star Wars movies, was inspired by George Lucas’ what?

3: Contrary to popular belief, dogs do not sweat by salivating. They sweat through what?

4: Why do dogs and wolves yawn?

I’ll post the answers later today.

Give ’em a shot and check back to see if you got them right.
