    I had a blast hanging out at TFOB 2015. I got to meet so many fun people.

    I know I’m forgetting some names, but I got to meet Jennifer (a native to Arizona!!), Claire, Alice, Nancy (She’s studying psychology!! My kind of girl), Emily, Hermione, Carrie, Jennifer, Luna, Caitlin, Andria, Stephanie, Sarah, Jordan, Hermione, Olivia, Kryssie, Zuli, Gracie, and Lucy!!

    Getting to meet new people who love to read, signing their books, taking pictures with them….Best part of this author gig, for sure!!!

  • Meeting the readers. . .

    I spent Saturday down in Tucson at the Festival of Books. I’d never been to that event, but now I’m totally hooked.

    You know what I loved most?

    Meeting the readers.

    I mean, I write for them, so that make sense. But this was my first reader focused event as an author. And once again I’m totally hooked.

    It’s just great talking about books, writing, and characters with those who read my book.

    You guys rock.

    The weather was beautiful–sometimes on the chilly side (since I’m a thin-skinned desert rat) but sunny and not too windy for the most part!

  • Day of rest…

    Whew. The Tucson Festival of Books was WICKED FUN!

    Today….it’s time to recover from all the excitement of everything leading up to the big event and the event itself.

    I don’t mind, though. It was such an awesome experience. I loved chatting with people, meeting book lovers, and hanging around a ton of talented authors.
