Be a kite.
When I’m out running, wind makes everything more difficult. Especially up high on some of those hills I’m known to climb. Sometimes it nearly knocks me over.
It’s also known for rustling up allergies, rattling windows when I’m trying to sleep, and messing up my hair…
But we can’t let the wind hold us back! No. We need to use it like a kite, to rise up. Soar up and over any obstacles we face.
It’s just like anything that tries to slow you down, knock you over or stop you in your tracks. Use it to the best of your ability and keep going. Look at the obstacle in your path, smile, and keep right on going.
You can do it. It might not be easy, but you are strong.
