Throwback Thursday
No, not the recent movies but the TV show from the late 70s?
It debuted in 1977 and went until 1982.
Pretty good run for Dr. David Banner, played by Bill Bixby.
Remember who played HULK?
You know what I remember about that show the most?
That DARN SAD SONG at the end!
You know, when David had to leave YET ANOTHER TOWN? My dad told me that I used to cry because I got so sad.
Ah, heck, I was only, like, five or six, you know?

Kat–Oh yeah. Dukes of Hazzard. LOVED that show. I think I had a toy car like theirs. LOL.
Kay–Yep, it’s Lou. 🙂
KM–I know, right? That song was soooo sad.
Danica–Loved that line, “Don’t make me angry…” It was the best.
Michelle–HI! Sad music, but good show!
Liza–Yeah, I think Lou showed up in the remakes of the Hulk, didn’t he? I’ve seen them both, but can’t remember. I think he might have been a security guard.
Jill–Muscles, indeed!
Kat
I remember watching The Hulk. It was aired on Friday nights right before The Dukes of Hazzard. I had such a crush on Bo Duke that I turned on the TV an hour early just to make sure I’d catch The Dukes. That’s how I got started watching The Hulk. 🙂

Lou Feragano? Something like that, I think. My brothers LOVED that show. Me? Not so much.

I loved the Incredible Hulk. I was always so amazed when he transformed. Although the only thing I truly remember from the series was the whole ‘Don’t make me angry. You wouldn’t like me when I’m angry.’ Sheesh, best lines ever!
Michelle
That’s so funny. I had forgotten about that about I remember how sad that always was at the end. I wasn’t that young but I was young.

I remember the hulk! I remember thinking how could a good-looking guy turn into such an ugly monster. Took me a few years to figure out that the cute guy was Bill Bixby and the ugly monster was Lou Ferrigno! I wonder what they are doing these days?

Morning Lynn,
Lou Ferrigno played the Hulk. I loved that show. Boy, Lou sure had some muscles. I wonder if they did steroid testing back in those days?
Happy Thursday!
