Throwback Thursday

Remember the TV show Who’s the Boss?

Did you watch it?

I did. That Tony-guy cracked me up. But Angela, his boss, drove me nuts.

But then there’s Alyssa Milano.Remember when she was in Commando? Arguably one of the worst movies out there, but yet, I can’t NOT watch it when it’s on. . . Sometimes I even stick in the DVD just to get a good laugh at the string holding Sully up when Arnold is holding him over the cliff. . .

Oh, how I digress. . .

Milano went on to bigger and better things, such as Charmed, and now has a line of team apparel for female baseball fans or something if I remember correctly.

But oh. . . Who’s the Boss. . . what a show.

  1. Awww, Who’s the boss. I loved Mona and remember thinking that’s the kind of grandma I want to be. My little brothers loved Commando for some reason and I can still recite the movie. Aghhh. Fun Post!

  2. Yeah, loved that show! Mona was great! A-O, O-A? 😉

I didn’t watch it much, but I did find Tony cute 😉

Loved Who’s The Boss? And actually, the Hallmark Channel shows reruns now, and occasionally I catch a show. 🙂

  5. I loved that show! That and Little House. I love the new one on Halmark too.

  6. I liked the show but always thought the series ended wrong. Good old Tony, who’d supported Angela’s job/dreams for a decade, finally got his chance at pursuing his dream in baseball and he gave it up to keep cleaning her house.

And I admit…I love Commando too. When someone asks what happened to Sully and Arnold says…”I Let HIM GO.” I still giggle. 🙂

“I let him go.” That’s one of my favs too. Did you see the line holding Sully up? It’s in the goofs of the movie in IMDB if you wanna see..It’s hysterical.

  7. Sure, watched Who’s the Boss. Liked Tony, but not Alyssa so much for some reason. My husband loves Commando, and we’ve actually met Vernon Wells, who played Bennett. Believe me, you’re not missing anything. 🙂 Happy Throwback!
