CLIMBING MOUNT RAINIER
Ok, I’m a little nervous. My dad and his wife are climbing Mount Rainier(in Washington State) this weekend. I’m so nervous for them.
Sure, they’ve climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kenya, Mount Blanc in France, and a ton of fourteeners in Colorado–
–But this one is a tad different. They have to wear ice clamps or something for walking over the ice covered peaks.
What a trip, though, huh? I mean, to climb all that way and be able to sit at a peak–I can only imagine the beauty they will see.
So, if you pray, pray that they are safe. They plan to summit on Sunday morning. I hope to have some sweet pictures to post once they get back.
Have a great Friday everyone.

Thanks for stopping by Tina — yeah, it’s a little scary, exciting, and awe inspiring all at the same time, huh?

Wow, awesome and scary. My husband is from the area so I will pass this on to him. Terrific blogsite. Nice to learn a bit more about our guests in Seekerville.

So THAT’S where you get your athleticism from! Wow.
I like your new name. And I’ll say a prayer for your dad and wife.
