    ThrowbackThursday

Remember the boom box radio? Cassette Tapes? Or maybe just this movie? **le sigh**

Lloyd Dobler was AWESOME. Such a quirky, funny, loving, protective hero, huh?

    He just makes me smile.

    ThrowbackThursday

This picture is my favorite. Way back in 1996 on the day I married my best friend and soulmate. Yeah, it’s blurry since I had to take a picture of a picture…no digital pictures back then for us.

Throwing you waaaaaay back today for Throwback Thursday. The mid-60s to be more specific.

    Remember this game?

I do, and you know what I remember most?

    That loud Bzzzzz……

That used to freak me out. As in seriously I would jump. And I used to get the sweaty hands….

I know, right? And I called that a fun game? **LOL**

    Happy Throwback Thursday, my friends.

    Have a great day.

Throwing you back to the 80s on this one…

Doesn’t that just make your eyes tear up? This movie is so sweet! Look how young Corey Haim and Charlie Sheen are. Oh, and not to mention Winona Rider and Courtney Thorne-Smith.

    Wow.

  • Throwback Thursday and other fun stuff

    Welcome to Throwback Thursday.

    For our listening pleasure…Mariah CAREY!!

    Her voice is absolutely amazing.

Love that she’s standing in that huge window most of the time. Any guess why? (Hint: I tend to post a lot of pictures of this).

First one to guess wins an e-book of Wasteland.

    IN OTHER NEWS….

My good friend, Rebecca Zanetti had a book birthday Tuesday!!! Yep, check out her latest, TEMPTED! It soared up the charts on release day. Let’s keep it going, okay?

One last piece of information I know you’re dying for. . . .

I’ve finally started reading HUNGER GAMES!

Wow. Super creative. Not a fan of the first person present tense, though. But it’s a great story so far!!!

Who braved opening night for the movie? Anyone? Was it worth it?
