Don’t be shy to ugly cry.
Ever feel the burn of unshed tears sting your eyes? I sure have, especially lately with the sudden and very unexpected passing of my father-in-law.
But that’s ok.

Bottling up sorrow—emotions in general—is dangerous. It can lead to whopper problems down the road as they eventually leak out, sometimes tainting normal, everyday situations.
And usually not in a good way.
So, my friends, don’t be shy to ugly cry.
